PlutoNode is in search of proactive Support Agents responsible for resolving technical issues and
ensuring a smooth post-sales support experience. Your role will be pivotal in assisting customers with all kinds
of technical queries.
Requirements:
▪ Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
▪ Previous experience in a technical support role within the hosting industry.
▪ The ability to speak and write in fluent English, alongside excellent communication skills.
▪ The ability to work independently or as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment.
▪ Advanced technical knowledge related to the services we offer.
▪ Experience using the Pterodactyl and DirectAdmin control panels.
Responsibilities:
▪ You'll be constantly interacting with customers in a high-volume environment.
▪ You'll be expected to handle technical support tickets through our Client Area.
▪ You'll be working alongside other Support Agents and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.
▪ You'll be escalating tickets to specific technical-based team members if appropriate.
