Application Process


Written Form

You'll fill out a Google form with your details, CV/resume and some basic information.


Basic Assessment

You'll complete a basic assessment (10-20 questions) to assess your knowledge.


Voice Interview

You'll participate in a 15-30 minute voice interview, so that we can get to know you better.


Trial Phase

You'll become a team member with full responsibilities after a 2 week trial phase.

We'll contact you within 1-2 weeks if your written form is successful. We won't notify you if it's unsuccessful.

Open Positions

  • PlutoNode is in search of proactive Support Agents responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth post-sales support experience. Your role will be pivotal in assisting customers with all kinds of technical queries.

    Requirements:

    ▪ Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.

    ▪ Previous experience in a technical support role within the hosting industry.

    ▪ The ability to speak and write in fluent English, alongside excellent communication skills.

    ▪ The ability to work independently or as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment.

    ▪ Advanced technical knowledge related to the services we offer.

    ▪ Experience using the Pterodactyl and DirectAdmin control panels.

    Responsibilities:

    ▪ You'll be constantly interacting with customers in a high-volume environment.

    ▪ You'll be expected to handle technical support tickets through our Client Area.

    ▪ You'll be working alongside other Support Agents and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

    ▪ You'll be escalating tickets to specific technical-based team members if appropriate.
